| Description | White Butterfly Ginger is a commonly grown ginger in the U.S. It is the most fragrant of the Hedychiums with the largest flower and the hardiest. The flower spike has a loose open character with a white butterfly shaped flower that has an intense, sweet smell. It blooms late spring through fall and grows 4-5' tall in partial shade to full sun. Also available - other similar species, with Salmon or Yellow flower colors. |
